The wizard is standing on a swirly base which lifts up on the opposite side into something like a waterspout. On top of the spout is a clear snowglobe like ball which has a small statue of a European dragon holding a small white ball. Around the dragon is loose glitter which can be shaken to like a snowglobe. The entire statue is dusty and made of faded blue or silver metal.
