FASHION SHOW MEETUP

Hey wizards! For this meetup, you'll need to bring along some of your best outfits, and strut your stuff! I am hosting a fashion contest! We will be having several different categories for your wizard to dress up in, in efforts to win fun prizes!

WHEN: July 7, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time

WHERE TO MEET: Wizard City Robe Shop on Troll of course!

CATEGORIES: Create an outfit themed as any or all of these and bring them with you to show off at the meet up! Don't reveal your choices until the meetup day!

(Some of these are intentionally vague, so have fun!! Wild card means you can choose anything! Overall is also fairly a wildcard category as well!)

 WHAT TO DO: 

reblog or like this post to show you're going and spread the word!

buy outfits for as many categories as you would like to enter and bring them with you to the meet up

at the meet up, we will go through each category for you to participate in. stay in the viewing area to watch some of the models, but if you are interested in going onto the platform soon, go into the upstairs room and change clothes. try to find a time when there are not many upstairs already, so that you can watch as many as possible.

then, one by one, a wizard standing inside the railed off teleport area will add you and you will teleport to them and then teleport to the platform using the railed off teleporter there. don't forget to smile, and strike a pose! (sorry this is complicated, we are just trying to assure that people don’t just run into the teleporter freely and all at once, and are able to view as many other contestants as possible.)

after you have gone up, teleport off (to a friend) and view the other contestants.

 if you miss any, a photographer will be posting the candidates on tumblr. be on the look out for your favorite outfit!

during and after we finish the show, vote on the best of each outfit. use my askbox and give each category and the name of the wizard you chose. i’d prefer if you use the wizard name instead of the url since we are going to be actively counting them, and some wizards there may not have tumblr accounts. don't vote for yourself, and make sure you are making some decisions as we go along because we don't want to take too long to decide our winners.

WINNERS will get TWO PACKS EACH. we will be announcing the winners for each category, so make sure you stay for your packs (of your choice)!

 After we finish we can stay or teleport to a house with PVP :)

The Fancy Pants Ball is here!

When: 5/27/15 Where: Top Floor WizardCity Library Ream/Area: Troll; one Time: 5:00pm US Central Time

 Rules: Show up in fancy Clothing (Marleybone, victorian, medieval nobles style clothing, OR ball or ceremonial clothing of your wizard's heritage if you have a backstory)

Activities:

-Bring a friend, and dance!

-there will be doing an RP dinner (for those who wish to join RSVP I only have 20 seats, make sure your character has a backstory so you can role-play as them.)

-Tag will be available during most of the event

-PvP is always available (you may change clothes for PvP)

Types of PvP to try:

-Restricted pvp (no pet, wand, athame, amulet, ring, or healing; you can only have gear up to LvL 50; and no spells above lvl 50)

-N00B PvP (no gear, pet, wand, and only use 3 pip or lower spells)
