Any goals for your pups or yourself you like to accomplish in the year 2021?

Ooh, good question!

Me:  Promote! Make more money! Finish the 2020 terv club yearbook in record time. Draw more.

Bindi:  Agility classes for fun definitely; possibly compete in NADAC, depending on how she is doing. Get at least one Nosework title. Keep her happy and healthy and fit as she gets older.

Kermit:  Start agility class; train tracking, earthdog, field trials, etc. Get a Nosework title. Try out at least one confo show. Maybe get a CGC?

Terv Puppy 2k21:  Get the damn puppy.

Pomeranian or Corgi?

Corgi! I love a good corg. Definitely one of my favorite breeds-- I love the brainy herdy dog thing (of course), plus the stubbornness and sass. At agility trials, corgi runs are always entertaining, no matter what happens on the course. Definitely an exercise in humility for the handler!

That being said, I have a super soft spot in my heart for poms. I’ve met a couple of good ones, and they are delightful.

Has Kermit met any cats yet?

He has seen a couple of cats from a distance, but has not met any up close yet. The problem is I don’t really know many people with cats! I do want him to be cat-safe, though. That’s important to me.

How long can Kerm sit still for?

If I just say “sit”, reward, and that’s it, about a millisecond. If I say “sit” and continue feeding quickly, quite a bit longer. We’re working on it!

Do you have color themes for your dogs?

For Bindi-- no, though she looks good in pink and purple.

Kermit’s theme color is green (because he is a frog*). When he’s done growing and I buy his adult collar, it’ll be rainbow (because Rainbow Connection).

N.  An Underused Character?

You know who I want brought back into canon? Kud’ar Mub’at, the broker who worked with the Bounty Hunters Guild in the Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy. His web is made of both silk and his own neural matter, which means that when you visit him, you are basically walking into his own brain. It was super creepy and super unique, and I really loved it.

And if Kud’ar Mub’at comes back, of course Balancesheet needs to come, too.
