Right okay so the general premise is this: you own a farm in the hybrid!au with all sorts of drivers that come along and join. We can do this as a poly type thing or we can do it just as you run a farm and one driver comes along, whatever you guys would like to discuss! I think I'll tag everything with 'farm!au' but then also add 'poly!farm!au' to any posts that involve any sort of poly situation.

Aw poor little bunnies!! My immediate thought was that maybe their original caretaker/owner had died and they were handed over to whoever their dom has chosen and that was very much the wrong choice. They do try to get along with their new caretaker, of course they do. But bunnies are by far the most high needs of all hybrids, they're social creatures and they need constant attention or else they'll get sad and lonely.

Maybe bunnies need attention from people who are not bunnies as well? They need caretakers who are gentle and attentive and when their new person cannot do that and they start acting out (they can't help it!! They want attention!!), yeah they end up on the side of the road.

I definitely think for these two you wouldnt even get an option. You sort of just walk into the living room and two bunny hybrids are sleeping next to the fireplace.

I love the idea of finding Max outside somewhere like at a farmer's market. I think maybe his dad left him there not to abandon him but to teach him some sort of lesson? Max is just curled up trying to keep quiet and waiting for his dad to decide he's had enough punishment and come fetch him. You manage to convince him to come home with you, promising him that you just want to get him into some nice clean clothes and get a good meal in him and then you'll call his dad for him.

Except well... Max feels so safe with you? He keeps on forgetting himself and purring or gathering blankets. He's never felt this warm and cared for. You offer to let him stay the night and the next morning you're supposed to call his father like you promised but well... Needless to say that never happens.

WOLF!CARLOS AND WOLF!PIERRE:

I feel like these two would have started out as enemies but they were forced to stay together? Like maybe they got separated from the rest of their pack and only had each other. They became much closer and got used to just the two of them. They don't trust anyone else. They manage on their own and are almost feral?

But then one of them gets caught in bear trap. The one not trapped tries to free the other of course but they can't. It's the fear of losing their only person that leads them to come into your yard. Maybe they had seen you quite a few times? Like you live on the boarder of the forest and they often see you walking in your garden and in the forest and you always seem calm, so the one not trapped comes to find you.

You follow him to the other one and help free him. They try to scurry off but the one is too injured. You convince them both to come back with you and let you care for their injuries. And they just never end up leaving?

So firstly, Charles needs cuddles daily, preferably multiple times a day in fact. Bunny hybrids are notoriously needy, but Charles even more so. Especially when it comes to his mommy and his Pierre.

Charles pretty much never sleeps on his own anymore, not even on race weekends because he just slips into pierre's room. He needs to get his kisses and his cuddles or else the poor thing can't sleep. He also needs to his ear massages!! His bunny ears ache at night from all the hours spent stuck inside a helmet and the only thing that helps is having his ears played with and massaged.

All of this is to say that the moment you walk into the living room, Charles is whining and making grabby hands for you from his comfy spot on the couch. You sit down next to him, because of course you do, and instantly he's up and onto your lap, straddling you and hiding his face in your neck.

You hold him tight, kissing his cheek and rubbing this back. You always give him a few minutes like that, letting him cling to you for as long as he'd like. He always gets like that at first, like he's scared you might actually leave.

Once he's satisfied, he relaxes his grip on you, letting his head fall onto your shoulder and that's when he starts wriggling until you start massaging his ears.

And then he's truly as happy as can be!! He's getting the best cuddles ever from his mommy.

A few minutes later, Pierre arrives home and is greeted by the absolute best sight in the world. His bun all cuddled up with you? It's heaven for his wolf side to see his pack cuddled up and safe.

Pierre, of course, has to come and join you two on the couch. He sits down next to you, and Charles instantly looks up and cranes his neck towards Pierre for a kiss. This ask is in reference to some poly!piarles thoughts I had in the hybrid!au, where Charles is a bunny hybrid and Pierre is a wolf hybrid and since it seems like I am once again obsessed with the hybrid au, I just have to answer it now.

Firstly, I think bunny!Charles LOVES snacks. He is always munching on something, like carrots or apple slices or banana pieces or strawberries. He just loves having some healthy snacks, which is honestly adorable.

He especially loves when you make the snacks for him. He loves it so so much! Cause his mommy is making him snacks!! He's such a good bunny that his mommy is making him snacks!

So maybe you're in the kitchen, getting some snacks ready for your bunny while Pierre is in the living room choosing something to watch. The plan is that the three of you will have a chilled night in, just watching some movies and cuddling.

So naturally bunny needs his snacks!! (Which he will inevitably end up sharing with you and Pierre, because of course he will)

Pierre gets to choose the first movie, so while he chooses Charles decides that he must join you in the kitchen cause his mommy is looking after him so the least he can do is keep you company!!

He plops himself on the kitchen counter and watches as you cut up some fruit for his snack, babbling about the different movies he's thinking of picking when it's his turn.

And then your hand slips slightly as you're cutting the carrots and you slice your finger. It's not much, but it bleeds and it would definitely need a plaster. You just hiss a little when it starts to sting and then go to run some water over it.

Charles notices immediately, jumping off the counter and grabbing your hand to see for himself.

"Mommy!" he half shouts, "mommy you're hurt!"

You just chuckle and kiss his head, reassuring him that it's just a little cut and you'll be just fine. But he shakes his head and tears well up in his eyes, cause his mommy is bleeding! Because of him!

So Pierre keeps custody of your hand while Charles runs off to find a bandaid and some medicine to put on your very serious wound.

The entire time that Charles is looking, Pierre is cradling your hand against his chest and growling lightly. He is SO unhappy about a member of his pack bleeding.

And you're pretty sure if anyone other than Charles touched you or him right then, they would have lost an eye.

But luckily Charles arrives quickly with two pretty plasters and some medicine. Charles puts the items on the kitchen counter and then hugs you from behind, thinking that you need support while Pierre applies first aid.

Pierre says absolutely nothing as he gently applies the medicine and the bandaids. Which isnt surprising, because whenever you or Charles are hurt, he gets so upset and can't control his instincts. He communicates in growls and whines and will hurt anyone who gets too close because he must protect his pack.

Even if what he's protecting his pack against is a small cut.

Once everyone is finally satisfied that your injury has been cared for, you suggest going to the living room for cuddles because you know that neither of them will calm down properly without cuddles.

But Pierre shakes his head and then marches you and Charles to the living room. He pushes you both to the couch and fluffs the pillows around you two, he even grabs some blankets to put on you and Charles.

"Pierre?" you ask gently, "you gonna join us?"

Pierre shakes his head, "Bunny needs food," he says, then adds, "stay" and runs back to the kitchen to finish preparing the snack you were making before all of this happened.

You know better than to question him on this, because you know there's no way Pierre will calm until he thinks both his mates have been cared for, and he wouldn't think that if bunny goes hungry.

So finally once the snack is ready and in charles's hands, Pierre joins you both on the couch and can finally get cuddles.

He also doesn't let you or Charles out of his sight for the rest of the night.

I can’t stop thinking about bunny being at his snow camp while Pierre was soaking up the warm weather in Dubai. I feel like there would have to be some surprise visits. Bunny and his poor ears would be so cold that they’d need some sun but of course he can’t be alone so poor Pierre would be by himself. Although I could see them spending hours in the hot tub at the ski resort.

You go to visit Charles first, because you and Pierre both know he’s by far the most needy of them and Pierre has no problem with you visiting Charles first, in fact it’s his suggestion. He could never suggest you come visit him when he knows his bunny is all cold and miserable and all alone.

And yeah, Charles is indeed cold and miserable and lonely when you visit him. It’s only one week into his training camp and he is COLD. His poor little ears are frozen!! And yes he knows he can warm them himself or even ask Andrea but no! Only his mommy and his Pierre can touch his ears!!

So the very first thing he does when he sees you is push you down onto the couch and straddle you, bumping his head against your shoulder until you start massaging his ears.

You go visit Pierre next, and he manages to stave off his instincts until you’re back to his hotel room but the moment you are, he’s growling and throwing you onto the bed and scenting you and not letting you move. Pierre doesn’t function well when you and Charles aren’t with him, so the moment you’re back he’s immediately hoarding you, growling at anyone who comes too close.

Charles joins you and Pierre for a weekend, and unfortunately he doesn’t actually get to enjoy the warm climate because Pierre doesn’t let him leave the hotel room.

You start to massage charles's ears after a scene one night, when he was clearly too tired to do it himself and he LOVED it. From then on, if you or Pierre were around then you must do it for him. He's your little bunny! You must look after him!! And his cute ears!!
