About a year ago I picked up this wolf skin rug from a thrift store (for about $100) so I could take care of it and restore it to its former beauty. The problem is I’m not sure where to start. She’s in rough shape (I’m assuming they had the rug on the ground in a high traffic room- that’s why she’s missing chunks of fur). The batting is showing through in some spots and there are areas where I don’t have the fur to repair her. She’s missing a front paw and the other could use some help. There are also some spots on her mouth that need to be touched up.
Long story short I’m wondering if there is some advice anyone can give me on how to repair the bald spots and make her pretty again. Any advice or suggestions will be much appreciated.
