I find it funny
My boyfriend and I grew up half an hour apart
My mum took care of the babies in the hospital where he was born
Our moms took us to the same beaches to play and the same mountains to climb. We went to the same festivals every year and probably made 7 degrees of separation a dozen times. We watched the same TV shows and were forced into the same extracurricular activities. Maybe my soccer team played his once.
But we were just little, and probably being a foot taller at that awkward time when I was seven and he was almost at the end of five, I would have never even looked at him, and he would have never even looked at me.
