੯·̀͡⬮i am typically a very nervous and anxious person!! interacting with any blogs or commenting takes a lot of courage, as i feel uncomfortable putting myself out there. this in itself is very very nerve-wracking. but so far tumblr has been an extremely welcoming place.

Just ordered myself dog collar!!!! AAAAHHH!! I'm so excited!!! I can't wait to get it!!

I hope it doesn't show up when my parents are home, idk how I can explain it or even say what it is.

I just won't tell them, and just pray I get the mail before they do.

Saw a video on how wolves don't bark often the way dogs do and instead make little huffs, so wolfdogs can lie anywhere along that spectrum; and as a quiet person and someone who's very shy (for "normal" things, so as you can imagine I'm especially shy about barking. even when other people are actively making barking sounds near me (including friends, family) or when no one is around) it was genuinely very affirming.

Yeah sorry my barks are actually limited. You see I'm a wolfdog, so I have some barks but I've only got like five of them in me for the rest of the year. The best you're gonna get are some little huffs. Yeah.

I've been noticing that even if I just focus on my human side, my animal side will always try to show, even if it's really subtly

After all im just an animal trapped in a human body, and maybe its a sign that i need to just relax and be myself even if its just for a moment.

wolfdogs are too domestic to be in the wild, but they're too wild to be pets

they don't fit it in either side, so they're forced to create their own existence in the middle
