(sorry for the delay, i like half-finished it and then tumblr deleted it -__-)who is more likely to hurt the other? oof, this one’s hard -- i’m going to cheat and say chirrut is more likely to hurt baze, but in a strictly physical sense -- he’s more likely to beat baze at sparringwho is emotionally stronger? chirrut, even before baze loses his faith, but especially after who is physically stronger? i headcanon them as about evenly matched -- when they’re young guardians, they both train extensively -- i think there’s a throwaway line about one of the duans being related to physical perfection, so i’d reckon all the guardians are pretty #ripped. after the fall of the temple, baze is still hauling that canon around all day, erryday, so he’s probably still pretty built. maybe post-fall chirrut is stronger but not by much. anyways if someone could write chirrut manhandling baze that would be gr8 thankswho is more likely to break a bone? chirrut 100% at any age. more like to fall off a wall while trying to sneak out of the temple and break his arm/crack a rib while attempting to parkour over a pile of dead stormtrooperswho knows best what to say to upset the other? they’re evenly matched on this, as they are in so many things -- they both *know* how to upset the other. but baze is the one more likely to actually pull out the emotional Big Guns(tm). chirrut knows if he ever accused baze of being wake for having lost his faith, it would devastate baze -- but he’d never say that. baze is more likely to actually say something he regrets the minute he says itwho is most likely to apologise first after an argument? big arguments are more likely to be baze’s ‘fault’ -- baze is probably the one who escalated. so he’s more likely to apologize first -- but small arguments, like what to do for dinner, it’s actually chirrut who smooths things over first. chirrut is impatient in every way, including in wanting to move past minor disagreementswho treats who’s wounds more often? before the fall of the temple, baze treated chirrut’s wounds more often -- see, who’s more likely to break a bone. but after the fall, after baze starts taking bodyguard/assassin jobs, they’re back to being equally matched. baze rarely comes home unharmedwho is in constant need of comfort? *clenches fist, tears in my eyes* BAZE MALBUS HAD ALWAYS NEEDED COMFORT MORE THAN HUMORwho gets more jealous? baze for surewho’s most likely to walk out on the other? i wish we didn’t have a canon answer to this but.......... baze....................who will propose? hmm... i think chirrut jokingly refers to them as married first, but it’s baze to suggest making it formal/legal/realwho has the most difficult parents? i hold with the fanon of orphan baze, so this one goes to chirrut by defaultwho initiates hand-holding when they’re out in public? chirrut, but baze is always pleased and if he was less shy might do so himselfwho comes up for the other all the time? i’m still not actually positive what this question means but i am interpreting it as ‘who travels more for the other’ and baze, i thinkwho hogs the blankets? chirrut 100% and is unrepentant about it. baze gives up and accepts that the only way to stay under a blanket is to stay as tangled up in chirrut as humanly possible while sleeping, which isn’t too bad, tbhwho gets more sad? hmm, i think baze goes deeper when he’s sad, but chirrut is more easily moved if that makes sense? who is better at cheering the other up? they’re well-matched -- i think their moods track, if that makes sense. if one is down, so is the other. so i don’t really see either of them as deliberately trying to cheer the other -- they distract each other when necessary, though who’s the one that playfully slaps the other all the time after they make silly jokes? chirrut will playfully hit baze, but baze doesn’t playfully smack chirrut except if chirrut is teasing him privately, if you catch my driftwho is more streetwise? though they’re both streetwise when it comes to jedha, point goes to baze because he has more off-world experience who is more wise? chirrut, i think -- baze has more practical knowledge, though some of that is purely a function of sightednesswho’s the shyest? baze!! baze who took years to be comfortable kissing chirrut in publicwho boasts about the other more? chirrut boasts about baze and teases him in public in equal measure, while baze pretends to be irritated by chirrut more often that bragging about himwho sits on who’s lap? chirrut will sit on baze’s lap whenever suits him, no matter who’s around. baze is not exactly uncomfortable with it but is flustered every time
