You guys are smart guys, so I trust you with this. I like a boy who volunteers with me, he acts like a mix of the both you, I'm being serious. That boy is ten times smarter than I could hope to be, and I have no idea how to talk to him because of it. I freeze up every time... What should I do?
Bruce: You probably aren't the only one who feels that way, so he might be grateful if you make the effort. You can always talk about your volunteer work. If he goes into something you don't understand, you could ask for more information, a metaphor, or just enjoy his enthusiasm on the subject.Tony: Yeah, I mean, he's still just a person. I bet you can easily find something you have in common. Don't be nervous though, it can't hurt to talk to someone!Bruce: Don't focus on what's in his head, just get to know him. If you freeze up just say you're having a socially awkward day. If he's like us he'll either put you at ease quickly or be able to sympathize. *smiles*Tony: Yeah. Key point, don't worry too much. Just be yourself. And good luck!
