I must do this today, flow to join?
Contemplative Walk 1: Mindfulness Adapted from a walk presented by Thich Nhat Hahn, the author of Being Peace Take a 30–minute walk to a beautiful place. This could be in the evening or daytime or night. You might be alone or you might be with another. The only guideline is to do it silently. Every so often, allow yourself to stop and take in the environment through your sense. So stop…look in all directions including up and down. Let these last at least 30 seconds as you truly take in what is around you. Then when you are so inspired give thanks for the great beauty that you are seeing and move on. I suggest that you stop and contemplate the environment when you are so moved. Plan at least 15 contemplative moments on your walk. Be sure to use all of your senses: sight, hearing, taste, touch, and smell. When your contemplative walk is over, begin a creative response through art or writing. 💝 eatmangoesnekkid
I'm rediscovering the value of dresses. Easy to remove, easy to put back on. Great stealth for naked forest play. :)
To blossom collectively.
It’s the collective processes, the ones we build to vibe deep as already self-empowered beings, that I’m seeking with us. I don’t want to teach you. I don’t want you to teach me. I want us simply to continue rocking our sweet potent selves, sipping deep yum in all that we know and consciously support availability to. & I want us to find, develop, and explore as many of the infinite ways of connecting from that rocking-deep-and-full-from-within place.
Actually, that’s the dream I had a week or so ago that I wanted to share with you before: sensing the profound potency of displaying those processes to the world as an amazingly wonderful and delicious performance, workshop/playpen, online presentation, whatever. Imagine living a life where we seek ways to connect without sabotaging or compromising the Selves we've both so intentionally cultivated in anyway, playing in that, and then sharing that play as our medium for survival (til, through, and as support of the collective release of even needing survival mediums in the first place).
But even further than the profound potency of collectively engaging in this way and displaying that engage, I'm also deeply nourished in taking into account the profound likelihood that this collectively empowered play would be a experientially based stamp on the royal-cosmic-sacral worthiness of our (chordal within symphony like) individual beings. Recognizing that a stamp like this would likely amplify our personal endeavors even further; making our writing, dancing, cooking, designing, frolicking, whatever even more palpably infused with our creative/menstrual/sacral flows. With said flow, by gettin some more recognition - gettin some more power and likely knocking down even more dams aka releasing more inhibitions, and flowing even more expansively into new mediums, into remembered mediums, into mediums brought back from the future that you and I likely transported ourselves from...for real tho
Yum in tasting potential textures of our engage. <3
Daily Bliss Log: I come to a coffee shop/restaurant in Fairfield Iowa (a consciousness based town whose main attraction is Maharishi University of Management) and look to my favorite table (near the only accessible plug I know of) and see a few things indicating someone is either sitting there or they were previously and left their stuff. I presume the latter, put a few of my things down, and go to the register to order. I come back and a woman is sitting there. (Bliss Bubble 1) I apologize telling her I'll quickly move my things, but she smiles and tells me to sit. I tell her I'll be in my own world and she says she doesn't mind and then goes back to the conversation she's having with someone else at another table. As I set myself up for going into my zone for class I overhear her speaking of how she loves to go into recluse (BB2) and loves to watch the grizzlies and other animals (BB3) pass by one of the spots she either visits or lives at I'm not sure. I grow a deepened appreciation for her. She ends the conversation with the man cleanly with a deep sense of clarity and self reserve (BB4) and goes back to eating silently as I read over my work for the week ahead. The energy between us is calm and peaceful. I note a gentle curiosity in her eyes from my peripheral perceeption as she glances over my laptop's skin (that I designed saying things like "Sense: A nourishing wholeness within which everything harmoniously interrelates."), but more than that I can see a fervent process within herself to maintain a nourishing space for herself and a respectful space between us. I continue to read, consciously maintain the clarity of integral wisdom, royalty, & strength I invoked before leaving the Wॐb Temple (my home), and nibble on my organic sticky bun and earl grey tea with grass fed, free range, local steamed milk and a little bit of organic vanilla and rose syrup. She gets up to leave, in two turns. One to drop off her dishes and the other to get her stuff. I feel relief at first just because collective space is often a strain for me if we're not intentionally diving into at least some of the many layers I can't help but feel. But then I feel a deep rush of joy and affirmed connection as I thank her again, and she does the one thing that was the main precipice for this writing, she gently touches my back and smiles. Genuinely with a very potent texture of immense sense of self and sense of interconnection inextricable. I feel soothed and renewed by her touch, her smile, by the moment, by the reflection and desire to share with you. Ok, back to diving into the depths and bringing out the details of my transpersonal journey as a Masters degree. <3
