This issue is more widespread than you might think. It is important that we are brave for ourselves, no matter how people may try to suppress and moderate us to their idea of what is acceptable. I didn’t become a Wild Priestess by letting other people chart my course for me. I sailed the seas of suicide before I was able to get to know myself well enough to understand that much of what I was feeling had been caused by events out of my control and many years ago. That’s when I took the helm of my own ship and steered myself on a course known only to the primordial goddesses of the waters. It doesn’t have to be complicated, it can be simple as you like.
