A fund that aims to support women to overcome barriers preventing them to fulfil their potential. The fund assists women across NI to create and develop new opportunities in their lives. I'm honoured that you asked me to be part of your evening and share my story of being the young teenage mum who wanted nothing but success. I've worked my ass off for many years, and at not one point can I look back and say any of it was easy.
