Your way, O God, is holy. What god is great like our God? You are the God who works wonders; you have made known your might among the peoples. Psalm 77:13-14 ESV

Prayer request
For my friend and I as we lead the junior high girls from our church at a youth retreat this weekend :) Pray for safety, energy, patience, wisdom, good conversation, and that everyone will just have fun and let go of their burdens for the weekend. Also please pray for me specifically as I’ve been having trouble opening up and being myself around the girls. Thanks so much!-wonderfulworks
God, I love morning devos. :)
God, help me to love those who are unloveable just as you love me.
To all of our beautiful followers~
Just wanted to encourage each and every one of you with the knowledge that, no matter where you are in life right now, whether you're happy, sad, angry, confused, jealous, hurt, betrayed, anxious, scared, grieving, broken, neutral, or just trying to take this crazy life one day at a time- God is with you. He's with you right now, sitting beside you, holding you, hugging you, carrying you, giving you a piggyback ride, rejoicing with you, wiping your tears away, wiping your heart clean, doing whatever it is that you need RIGHT NOW. Whether or not you feel His presence right now, it's there. You are never, EVER alone. I promise.
"I will never leave you nor forsake you." -Him.
Love you all, stay strong, and shine on. <3

Prayer request time!
I would be so grateful to all of you if you could take some time right now to pray for my dear friend (I'll call her Andrea for confidentiality reasons). Andrea and I have been best friends since the fourth grade, and today she left for college. To be completely honest, I am absolutely terrified for her there. She's a lovely girl, but she has a very wild side and loves to party and drink and "just have fun." She also doesn't have a very firm foundation when it comes to faith- although she grew up in a Catholic home, to her Jesus is just another part of her religion. Please pray that God would reach out to her through Christians at her college and open her eyes to what it truly means to live for Christ, as well as continue to use me as a strong influence in her life. Also, please pray that He would keep her safe and help her to make smart decisions, especially when it comes to drinking/partying. Finally, please pray that she would find her value in Him and not in other things of this world. (Of course the same can be said for all of us.) Thank you so much! <3

P.S. Feel free to submit your own prayer requests to share with the group or just for me and Rachel's eyes to see! :) We would love to hear from you guys!
From the Outside.
So from time to time we'll be posting some random/spiritual/deep thoughts from a friend of ours named Zak that he asked us to share with you guys. Let us know your own thoughts on them! (:
Many people believe Christians come on with a "holier than thou" act and I do apologize if I seem like that, but that's not how we Christians should act. Just because we have found Christ doesn't mean we're perfect. Even if we try to hide it we, everyone, are flawed- no matter how many friends you have or how many girls a guy has slept with- we're all a mess and we're all weak. A big part of Christianity is realizing these flaws and then embracing them. Because even with all your flaws (some you don't even realize you have), God loves you and Jesus died for YOU. He knows each and every one of us better than ourselves, every dirty filthy deed we ever have done and will do. And yet, knowing all of this, Jesus still died on the cross for ALL of us. No one will EVER love you like He does. So don't hide your weaknesses; instead embrace them, for it is in the times when you are most weak that God is closest to you. And even if you feel far from Him, it's you that has moved- not Him. He's still there waiting for you to come back into His loving embrace.
