But let’s dive a little deeper. We’ve all heard his “I’m not cute, I’m sexy” line a million times but we all also know it’s inaccurate because he’s cute as a button. It’s human nature to want to protect and cuddle cute things. I believe that any fear you may have is no match for the amount of Cute Energy (CE) that JB radiates. Let’s look at it mathematically.
where x = any idol, CE= Cute Energy, F = fear, and n = the amount of energy radiated. In a perfect vacuum, the equation would be just that, an equation. However, every idol I’ve experimented with makes it an inequality, especially JB.

Before I even begin, you can see that those two sides won’t be equal. In my research I have yet to see JB give off a Fear rating of higher than 2, but my sample sizes have been admittedly small.
I’ve concluded that JB’s CE is too high to let anyone actually give in to the fear. However, I should note my results are not standard, have not been replicated in a lab, and that these studies were conducted during JJP Verse 2 era.
