Seriously? Seriously great! 🥜 🧀 As a big time (30 + year) vegetarian and small time (on and off for over 10 years) vegan, dairy still continues to stump me. But oh wow to this! There are multiple versions - got the jalapeño one today - but we are soooo impressed! In my opinion, most vegan cheese #sucks or tastes like chalk.
