This wood chipper can crush various materials, especially fibrous materials like branches, which can be easily fed in.
Two types of feeding conveyors are available: belt conveyor and chain conveyor. The belt conveyor offers excellent flexibility and staggered transitions, preventing mechanical damage caused by material jamming during forced feeding; the chain conveyor offers good mechanical strength and is less prone to wear.
Both moving and fixed blades are made of 55SiCr, which has strong wear resistance and good toughness. This provides a long service life and effectively prevents blade breakage caused by impacts from hard objects.
Worn blades can be ground and repaired for reuse.
The blades can be equipped with claw-type blunt blades, with multiple blades spirally staggered and evenly distributed, specifically designed for high-iron-content board materials such as wooden pallets, effectively preventing blade damage from impacts from hard objects such as nails and steel nails.
The chip size can be controlled by adjusting the screen. Standard sizes are 5-8cm, with a chip thickness of approximately 5mm. Custom screens can also be made according to user requirements.
The feeding conveyor is equipped with overcurrent shutdown and automatic reverse discharge control. Feeding resumes automatically only after the current drops to a set value, preventing jamming caused by excessive material intake.
Equipped with a remote control for long-distance operation, preventing injury from flying debris during material cutting and impact.
A mobile diesel engine version is available, equipped with a diesel generator for operation in environments without electricity. The discharge conveyor can be equipped with a hydraulic folding system for easy relocation after folding.
