#ThePrincessBride is probably the very first movie I saw before I read the book. I can't have been more than four or five when someone (my parents I think) got us the movie for Christmas. None of us knew it was based off a book. Fast forward to my twenties when I actually paid attention to the credits one time. Of course, being the huge fan of the movie that I was, I just HAD to go get the book. It was every bit as side-splittingly funny as the movie.
