DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE
Down the rabbit hole we go,
Lost and out of control.
Soaring through the lilac sky,
Wishing we always felt this alive. The man plays, oh so beautifully. The way he plays, the way his fingers caressed each string, the beauty flows. It's radiant. Cheerful joy from all around, we gather .. I have failed to see the beauty of the, nature, humans, and society. To lost in the dread, confusion of teen reality.
But soon, the loneliness comes into play. The nights are getting longer,
The days drag on.
The wind howls inside my lungs,
Words never to be said at the tip of my tongue,
Silence. Alone, nowhere to call home. I have failed to see,
What is in front of me.
The lost, the broken the beat.
Is it greedy to take one's life?
Simply because darkness is all I see, and this white light is distracting me. I don't see hope;
I don't see freedom of speech.
I feel myself tapped in a world that just isn't for me. Is it selfish, to see this from only one veiw? To see everything is going to end before I reach it. But I can't shake this feeling, this thought that I feel as if death before life, would be ideal. For we don't have to worry what is left after we crumble, turn to stone, ice and fire; for we are a burning desire.
