day no xx since i started in dec and where i have had to tell bossman that im basically not doing much and what they have me doing isn't enough - threw in alot of "i like the company but... ect" talk and hopefully this will be the start of more to come... haven't heard from ICC.

I hate hate hate hate hate when I see shit like

"Dark Skinned women are beautiful too". It's almost like a shoo in, like oh lets not forget about the dark skinned women

Too? As compared to who? There should be no basis of comparison

Black women of all shades are beautiful, sexy, strong creatures.

We stand alone in our fierceness and beauty, no one else can compare (this is my opinion)

So when I see "Dark Skinned women are beautiful TOO" I cringe a little.

Man, y'all have no idea how much darker I wish I was. Colors are so vivid with our skin tone but when you go darker, It's just flawless.
