True. Unfortunately, I wrote grant proposals for a living...
Depending on the job, more hours are sometimes required. My job required it and I knew that going in. If these employees' jobs do not require it, and they are, as the CEO says, "Good," then what the CEO should do is appreciate them and stop a) being a dick and expecting them to work outside of their job description, and b) outsourcing perceived management issues to the Intertubez.
Clearly the CEO is a mental and moral weakling, but it's never good to advertise.
To those of you on the hunt for a job...I'll just leave this here.
