I did it!!!
My first ever digital painting on procreate! I'm so proud of this! I kinda struggled at first, being new to the app, but I eventually got it! I'll probably stick to landscapes until I'm more comfortable, and eventually work my way to characters. I was inspired by @tapakah0's L.O.V.E AU Mikey for the painting. His personality reminds me of the candle. Sweet and kind and patient with a soft glow but anger that can burn. His sadness made me think of the rain. Drips that seem small but make a big impact on the whole painting. And his hope reminds me of the sunrise in the background. Small at first, but that Small bit of hope becomes worth it for the outcome of a beautiful day.
