Woke up at 2 am last night night
With my brain suddenly shouting at me “GUESS WHAT? YOU HAVE ANXIETY AND TONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES! LET’S WORRY ABOUT HOW YOU ARE GOING TO RAISE YOUR SON AND SUPPORT YOUR HUBBY AND FAMILY - OH AND DON’T FORGET YOUR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE! DON’T WORRY TOO MUCH AND CAUSE IT TO KILL YOU!” Thanks anxiety. @_@
Overthinking
It's a tough thing.
It feels like half the time I'm right and the other half I'm just completely paranoid.
Why are humans so complicated?
(I just want to have that one to exchange smiles with all the time)
The past couple of weeks haven't been the greatest and I'm starting to go down. I'm just so exhausted and depressed, and all of this insomnia really has my brain in a knot. I don't know what to do or even think half the time now. I kinda just exist and it sucks. I don't normally do this, but if anyone has any words of encouragement feel free to send me a message. I know I'm going to get through this, just seems harder than normal right now. <3
Met with my counselor and basically everything just made me cry and she told me what I was going through is completely normal. It's anxiety post trauma but it passes over time. She just validated a lot of my thoughts and just made me know again and again that it wasn't my fault. It wasn't me. And I just....I am so thankful for good people. She said that I'll need to face it to get over it. And I shall. With time. Hoping the anxiety passes sooner rather than later.
Good news...for my rough draft I only need to write four more pages to reach my 10 page requirement...and the other paper is a 6 page summary/response of the presentation that I'm doing tomorrow. The other paper got moved to Monday, and I finished my French homework last night.
