Honestly, there were patches back there, where the "grass" rose up to my boobies 😂🤣😝 it was truly exhausting. Both for myself and for the grass trimmer as well. It was honestly struggling. Ugh.
Diet wise, I haven't been doing great over the last couple of days. Yesterday was the worst. It wasn't a good day in general, a bit emotional and, yeah, I munched myself to bed, so... 🤷🏻♂️
A lot better today, although I really want to try and stay under 1600kcals. When I'm between 1600-1800kcals, I try to not be too bothered. Anything over that and I'm truly upset. Even if I've burnt off over 1K, I'll still be upset.
Anyway. The other thing is that I can't sort out my macros. I mean, I'm not too bothered bow as I'm just restarting and I'm more interested into a quick cut, but I will start being annoyed by it down the road. I know.
Whatever. Positive thoughts. We're doing something for ourself. Should be happy with that and then build in it.

I did every bit of the half marathon training and I am ready for the trail this weekend. I still have some ankle twinges (nerve pulses and slight pains) from time to time, but I still feel like overall it’s holding up fine.
When I really committed to losing weight again at the beginning of June, I had a pipe dream goal of losing 20 pounds by the time I went to Michigan for Woodstock. Welp. I leave Wednesday and I am down 18.5. ☺️ So happy.
I was a bit worried to deadlift again, but my lower back seems to be doing okay. For now. I tried using a belt, but I think I need a smaller one. I’ll try a different one next time. Got a new PR as well
I remember when I started lifting, looking to the 25 pound and 30 pound dumbbells and thinking “Can’t wait until those are easier to lift”. Now everyday I grapple with the fact that it never gets easier, you just get stronger 😭
