My place of work has an enormous mouse infestation and it reeks of urine and rot. Who do I need to contact to get this problem taken care of? It's a hardware retail store that also sells human and pet food, and the limited clothing they also sell have been soiled by mice (a coworker shook out a jacket and a mouse nest fell out).
I can't go to certain parts of the store because the smell is so bad. I start coughing as soon as I breathe the air in these areas. The worst part is that no one else seems to care or even notice. It's almost like they all had early COVID and lost their sense of smell.
I need to know who to contact to light a metaphorical fire in this place and get this shit under control. The stench is spreading through the store and I can't stand it anymore.
