Headcanon 8
Toph hates when other people touch her feet--as it is the equal to someone poking their eye--since she 'sees' with her feet. To her the only one who is allowed access at her feet is herself and that's to clean the dirt that builds up in between her toes.
As she got older, Toph still didn't appreciate people touching her feet(except herself of course). And if anyone did ever give her a foot massage, they'd have to tie her up so she couldn't earthbend or even metalbend at them.
Headcanon 7 - Older!Toph
Toph likes to be dominate and on top in a relationship. If anyone ever tops her, it's because she really likes them and wouldn't mind being subjected to being dominated by them. Or it's because she drank to much cactus juice to even know what is up and down.
Headcanon 6
She may or may not admit it, but Toph admires anyone who is confident in themselves or their abilities. She knows what it's like to be around people who don't have confidence in others. So she's taken it upon herself to encourage anyone who might be doubting themselves; unless it's something that she can't physically see(i.e. drawing, writing, etc). Which is why she acts sarcastic when someone is showing her something, because it's her subtle way of reminding them she's blind without actually saying it.
But if it's fighting, making sculptures, or anything that is in that sort of category Toph will be more than happy to encourage them to keep it up.
