2015 Milan World Expo Vlog 1
Finally we are taking you guys to 2015 Milan world expo. It was previously called world's fair. Neither I nor my husband has been to one so this is a fun first time experience. As soon as we entered the expo we saw some great unique architect and cool statutes. We visited a few cool booths first: a gym booth where it sold workout equipments, an apple stand where it showed you various types of apples around the world, and a wine booth where it showed you all kinds of grapes for making wines. We decided to visit Pavilion Zero first. It was a very well set up exhibition for food development and civilization. We waited for 30 min before we were able to get into the building. It was quite dark inside with beautiful music in the background. There was a big screen on a big wall showing a movie about food and life. As we walked further into the exhibition we saw different types of food pictures hanging down from the ceiling. Right by the food pictures there was a wall that looks very cool from far away but as you walked closer you realized it was made of seeds, legumes and nuts. We walked into a different room where it had beautiful sculptures of different animals. Outside the sculptures room were a large stadium with beautiful furnitures in the middle. We entered a different room with more exhibitions of china, ancient food utensils and more cool demonstrations. There was this very well made model where it showed you rural, city, ocean and just various types of civilization. We entered into a room where big screens of numbers. It showed you how food affected economics around the world. We also saw a pile of waste as a way to show us that we need to better control trash for the environment. We entered a final room with TV on all walls to show you more about food and economics. After this we decided to visit Ireland and other countries.
