I am sort of ready to compromise. The sport pictured is #FOOTBALL, but here in the usa it goes by the eugenically-revised “soccer/aSsoCCiation of English Recreation’ Its real name is FOOTBALL so i call "stop action rugby”- america’s ‘football/nfl’, #NASAFPOOBPRR (North- american -stop- action -forward -passing- out -of -bounds- possession- retaining RUGBY) because that is what it is, NOT FOOTBALL. My sorta compromise is “Wordball”= actual FOOTBALL known in usa,canada and maybe australia as 'soccer’, and “USAball” for NASAFPOOBPRR. In FOOTBALL, its a regular occurrence for a western European passes the ball to a South American, who one touches it to an Sub Saharan African who centers it for a Western African’s shot and on and on for AT LEAST 90 minutes of live-ball-action EVERYDAY in EVERY NATION (fifa.com fixtures). In USAball americans-only (no other nations have prominent viable leagues…why would they, RUGBY is a better game) have about 15 minutes of live-ball-action play in a 90 minute games that takes 2 ½ hrs. I’d rather actual names and history for things were respected, but until this society is accepting of truth and accuracy of information, i will accept usaball for nfl and wont totally write off your worth as an intelligent being if you refer to FOOTBALL as “Worldball”….for the next 5 years maybe.
