First of all , I wanted to say I just finished reading Heart of Flame and I must say I'm sooo impressed by the characterization. None of your characters were linear, all of them had so many aspects to their personalities and they felt REAL. I very much sympathized with Tae in it because his views were the most similar to mine and I could just understand him so well. Y/N annoyed me initially because I simply couldn't agree with some of her views, but when I thought about it later I realized, for me personally, it would've been hard to write such detailed dialogues and thoughts of Y/N's when my mindset is more similar to Tae's character; I would have made everything in his favour and Y/N's character would have lacked at expression. But you managed to capture two different mindsets, two different personalities SO WELL. The way you gave both characters equally impactful dialogues that are no where similar to each other deserves all the appreciation. It made it seem like I was witnessing a real life argument and relationship between two people because that's how realistic you made the characters seem with traits that are unique to each of them. Not to mention, all the dialogues were so well-structured.
The characterization aside, the plot was also very very engaging. It was such an emotional roller coaster and I definitely shed a tear or two here and there. I could FEEL the love they had for each other so strongly, you conveyed their emotions very well and your descriptions were also so perfect I could imagine most scenes so vividly. All that Tae and Y/N went through to get together in the end clearly shows no relationship is perfect and that bumpy roads exist everywhere. Its how you manage to deal with them that matter and you used that concept so beautifully in this. It blows my mind away with how you managed to just draw me in so subtly- before I even realized it, I had finished all three chapters in one sitting.
I just want to say I'll be coming back to the series again for sure. I really just love your writing. Thank you so much for that masterpiece. I hope my rambling makes sense its 4am here.

It was a bit of a struggle to capture both sides of their opinions since personally, I’m acc much like the reader in this case, but I also hold some aspects of realism in my thinking so I’m also someone who’s quite in the middle and could clearly see how both of their viewpoints made sense. I just love writing strong-headed characters with so much personality because isn’t that how we all are? I also wanted to depict thought-provoking characters and show that everyone had their flaws, they make mistakes, people say things they don’t mean and emotion can really cloud our judgment or create circumstances where miscommunication happens, so I’m so so happy to hear you enjoyed the realistic feel to the fic!!!
