There's a bad ending for Frobisher?

Sort of? His timeline is so choppy he’s been shown with more than one “final story”. “A Cold Day in Hell” showed him leaving the Doctor to help rebuild a society on an ice planet, which was presented as bittersweet; and “Where Nobody Knows Your Name” shows him running a bar with his new wife, and was a bit more lighthearted. These can more or less be taken as taking place several years apart, but both of them were written as standalone.

In many ways, “Where Nobody Knows Your Name” feels a bit like they wanted to go back and give Frobisher a more satisfying ending, like they did with Jamie in “Worldshapers”. Not that I actually felt like “Worldshapers” was a more satisfying ending than “The War Games”, but someone at Doctor Who Comics clearly did.
