An update at last! Thank you for your patience with me. I hope to have something more for you soon?? I consider it a minor miracle I could put this together, but I’m going to keep working hard.
Writing Update
Still nothing! Absolutely nothing, I have written not a single word since I posted Numbered Days Chapter 14 ... I started a little bit of the next chapter but it was a solid stage two at that point already </3 I suppose it’s not a hiatus if I’m still here, but this little authorbot that could has chugged to a dead halt after so much furious productivity. RIP Violet Nyte, you did well. (Sept 2016 - March 2017)

Through the Stars sequel, as promised
Okay. I owe you an explanation.
This is Chapter 3 because Chapters 1 and 2 are actually the Epilogue 2 and 3 from Through the Stars. I probably should have handled this better from the get-go, sorry everyone. I wasn’t expecting this to happen. I looked and didn’t see a way to simply disconnect/reshuffle the material, and I didn’t want to just delete the chapters from TTS because I really love all the beautiful comments I received, so I’ve simply copied the chapters over with no changes to the material. If you’ve read Through the Stars in its entirety, you’ll want to start with Chapter 3 of Numbered Days.
If you haven’t read Through the Stars and want to start this story, at least start with Chapter 1, although I’m honestly not sure how much you’ll understand. I feel like Numbered Days could potentially stand on its own, so long as you understood the general end result of what happens in TTS. I don’t know yet what to do about this, because I’m aware Through the Stars is a 100k juggernaut of heart-smashing feels that sends people to the floor sobbing. There are RADICAL changes between the tone of TTS and this sequel, for reasons that you’re quite aware of if you’ve read the main TTS story and then the 2 extra Epilogues I wrote.
I’m debating maybe doing like a one-page summary “Previously on...” style to stick at the beginning of Numbered Days, that way if people just want to read the less-angsty post Happily Ever After material they can. Not sure if anyone even cares/wants that. Let me know? If there’s enough interest, I’ll do it.
