I love India but @delhiairport is the worst. Customs told my husband he can’t leave the country until he exchanges all his rupees to USD. Even though we’re returning to India soon. And we’re only carrying about $500 worth of rupees. Oh and we’re told by the money changers they can’t exchange more than INR 10,000 (~USD 167)/passport.
