Like I was saying earlier... Nothing fancy today. It was raining so I had to layer a bit. __ More Reflection: I learned that I am my worst critic. I tend to take any negative experience as a personal attack against my character. This is the very reason I handle adverse situations poorly. I internalize the issue and accept sole responsibility if the problem. However, in reality, I should only focus on the aspects that pertain to me. I also learned that this rule changes when you're in a relationship because it's no longer I as we should be focused on us. I discussed the we versus I mentality in a recent #igstory. __ Side Note: sometimes I forget that I was treated poorly because I focus on doing the right thing 100% of the time. It doesn't always work in my favor (recent example with the email), but hey I tried.
