He/Him, Bisexual, 23 years old, Halfling/Mixed Blood, Faruzian-born, Aegusian Army Commander
2. Born to a family of war heroes, Praxis joined the Faruzian army at 10 years old, as is tradition for the military-based country. By 12 years old he had done so well he was transitioned into the Princess's Guard as the future commander, relinquishing all fealty to Queen Eris in exchange for pledging his loyalty and life to six year old Princess Adelais, another tradition intended for the smooth transition of power from Queen to Princess. 3. After Princess Adelais fell ill, the Princess Guard was dissolved. Praxis was sixteen and remained a part of the Faruzian army. He was treated as a mercenary since he is not sworn to protect the Queen. 4. Praxis moves to Aegus when he's twenty-three. It's at the final request of his princess to protect Prince Emeric now that the Faruzian and Nikandrosian war threatens to spill into Aegus. Praxis swears fealty to the prince and is in charge of training and commanding the inexperienced soldiers. 5. Praxis lost his three siblings and father to battles against Nikandros. His mother lost her leg defending the Draytonian castle during the massacre twenty years ago where she witnessed the death of the king. After recovering from her wounds, she was sent home to raise her children. Children in Faruze are usually raised by those incapable of fighting, it's uncommon for it to be the biological parent.
