wot vomiting into the void second edition:

the nynaeve/moiraine parallel is what keeps me up at night. esp when you include lan and siuan. both moiraine and siuan already understand how cemented they are in the pattern and how unwavering they must be in their duties and responsibilities. nynaeve ep 3, is now having to experience all that just the same, the responsibility she has as not only an aes sedai but her place in the pattern, she however fights harder against it. in s1, literal back to back episodes, they both get their “final moments” with their lovers bc everyone involved understands the weight of their duty. there is something so hair raising about ny watching her life played out in front of her finally understanding that in any turning of the wheel, shirking her duty, it will result in the greatest of losses and horrors. like an infinite time loop where in each iteration you watch the one you love die at your hands over and over.

i love this series.
