okay so we were talking about the differences between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. and everyone at my table kept saying that you have to be able to control them(thoughts and feelings), or have total control. it just bothered me some. you can't have that mindset, because no matter how healthy you are, sometimes you have thoughts and feelings you can't control or deal with. it's all about managing, in a healthy way. (as we all know there is negative managing) you can't always be in control of every thought and feeling, it is all about how you will handle it and choose how it will affect you. that's managing.
