also putting it here for later but I want to write threads about them having already gotten home and Jemma's trauma catching up with her and her basically snapping whenever something close to an order is given to her, potentially having hearing issues that Fitz can 'fix' with an implant - but EMPs can turn it off and that's Not Good - and her having all kinds of nightmares about being buried alive, killing Fitz, being killed by Fitz, being enslaved, being reckless but not because she wants to die, simply because she's so angry and looking for freedom, and overreacting to noises/lights whether it's between her and a team member after they come back and are safe, following canon-ish, or with a canon divergence like Fitz breaking up with her because he needs to deal with his personal issues before he can be in a healthy relationship, for example, and her leaving SHIELD alone (or with your character) and meeting people who already left SHIELD (Hunter, Bobbi) or other characters who usually aren't in her daily life (Talbot, Piper, IDK) or her team AFTER some time because they split up for a while
