Lightbulb would hide in a closet and wait for paintbrush to walk by to jump out at them

Now as funny as it would be if lightbulb succeeded in scaring paintbrush, what if out of pure coincidence paintbrush does not go NEAR that closet AT ALL, and then when lightbulb gives up and gets out of the closet, paintbrush walks into the room immediately
