Psycho Dog and waking nightmare

So last night I had this crazy dream that my dog had an allergic reaction to sushi she got out of the trash, then she started barking at nothing around the corner. The hairs on my back stood up. I go over there to see what she is barking at "Ginger, what are you barking at", then she starts barking and growling at me, so I step back slowly. Then, I woke up at 4 in the morning thinking it was over, until the thought of the wrake popped in my head and that's when I had this eerie feeling like there was this mysterious creature in my house. I was ready to attack. I was ready to attack like an animal with a highly developed instinct (like leap at at and tear its face off and rip its head off with a creepy animal like screaming sound). As I was wandering the house searching for the wrake, I came up to the bathroom and saw a hand with long skinny fingers grasp the doorknob I suddenly knew that it was the wrake, so I leaped towards it like a cheetah hunting to survive and then it disappeared into a mystic fog that soon dissipated in a matter of seconds.
