The Heart of The Raven is hiring! As our tavern grows, so does the town, and new faces are encouraged to employ if they are so seeking!
The current positions we are looking to fill are listed below.
Wait staff: Bartenders, caterers, cooks, and servers to help keep the tavern running smoothly and our customers well taken care of!
Patrol Guards: Security is always helpful to have about on event nights to be sure no shady business is going about; but along that same branch of ‘shady’, we’re expanding our workings and looking for mercenaries, vigilantes, smugglers and the sort to help with more ‘underground’ business.
Small Business Owners: The village of Rustberg is expanding, and we’re hoping to fill these empty buildings with homes and shops. But, there is more opportunity to expand out, as we’d like to have small booths at events where these shop owners can sell their goods!
After every event that persons of our staff attend on-duty, they’re paid in-game gold for their dedicated work. Gold made from events and donations are then put into our guild bank to be used as payment for our staff.
While we host our weekly tavern on Monday nights, and our monthly night club, we have many more opportunities for our staff to work. Events held by other guilds and server events may also come along to where we cater or host a booth at, so we expect the upmost respect for those we are working under. We would also like those of our staff to work at least ONE event a month with us, but of course if such cannot be done, contact an officer and just let us know of your availability!
