It's A Wrap: I'm so [high]waisted
If you follow me on instagram, you would know that I can't post on my Weebly page for the next 2 weeks (boooo :( ). Apparently I can't access Weebly from the country I am in right now. I was quite sad for a moment. But I didn't let it stop my shine! Before I go on with this post, let me say Happy New Year to you all. Yes, it's the 12th of January, I'm 12 days late blah blah blah. But this is the first post of the year, so this is the first time we are "seeing" each other since the new year started. So... Happy New Year!
This post is the first in the It's a Wrap Series. The series will show you different ways you can wear a wrap-front blouse! The first time I saw this shirt was in a magazine, and Zoë Saldana was wearing it. Just to put it out there, I love love love Zoë Saldana! She is quite hot and beautiful and sexy (in my opinion). P.s. this is not an argument so if you feel otherwise, cool beans. Anyway, once I saw the picture, I knew I just had to get the shirt! So I did :-p. I think this shirt can be very versatile, and I'm going to show that in the next few posts! [Details at the end of this post]
In this look, I'm wearing my wrap-front shirt with high-waisted pants. I wore this to a casual hangout with my friends, so I wanted a really casual look. Light accessories, light jewelry, and just a pair of flat sandals. I like high-waisted ANYTHING! I think it really works for most body types. If you're curvy and you want to flaunt it, high waisted pants/shorts/shirts are a good way to accentuate your curves. If you're not so curvy (*raises hand at the back of the room*), high waisted clothing work too! It cinches in the waist to make it appear smaller!

The idea of this series was actually suggested to me by my good friend Amanda. Thanks Amanda!
