Ramuda Headcanons!!
- bisexual trans woman. shes socially transitioned but obvi cant medically transition cause of chuohku stuff
-her appearance is the only thing she's really confident in; she knows shes cute and she owns it. fashion and makeup are like the only two things she has full control over, so she has all kinds of fun with them
-as her appearance is all shes confident in, she thinks its all people can ever like about her. shes kinda sentenced herself to only ever be in sexual relationships bc she doesnt think shes good for anything more; all she has to offer is her body. so, she pushes all romantic feelings down, trying her hardest to never get close with anyone in that way
-adding on to previous point, her aversion to romance is only exacerbated by her deep hatred of herself. she sees herself as a monster, only capable of hurting anyone who gets close to her. people get hurt when they know the real her, which is why she pushes her cutesy facade so hard. if they never know the real her, theyll never get hurt. her cutesy act also serves as a way to distance herself from the harsh reality of her existence
-one of the few characters whos appearance i dont really change. she just gets some light freckles cause yeah👍 theyre a cloning error, none of the other clones have them. ik i usually draw her with them, but ifeel she typically covers them with makeup bc shes insecure abt them (smth smth physical reminder of her inferiority smth smth)
-over time, as her whole body has deteriorated, her vision has gone to shit. almost always wears contacts to try to hide it. she only ever wears glasses when shes working or when shes around people she trusts (basically just dice & gentaro)
-doesnt know a lot of "common knowledge" or how to do a lot of basic tasks since no one ever bothered to teach her how. surprise surprise, this is something shes also very insecure abt!! along with her lack of a fuckton of life experiences, it makes her feel significantly less human. refuses to ask for help with aforementioned basic tasks as it makes her feel stupid & shes too embarrassed to ask for help
-as her lollipop supply runs out, she finds herself turning to smoking more and more. even though its definitely not doing her health any favors, the oral fixation helps her feel better.
-her and hifumi r good friends!! they obvi cant hang out in person cause. girl. but they text & call fairly often!! occasionally, theyll hang out in person, but since fumis in host mode its just. not the same
-she gets STUPID jealous STUPID easily. she hatessss seeing gendice happy separately from her, she feels so excluded. she's the one who got them all together in the first place, so why r they doing things without her?? doesnt help that she then beats herself up for feeling these things since she isnt even supposed to have feelings in the first place... but its fineeee there's no way gendice could want her anyways it doesnt matter!!!! (even though they do want her, they're all just shit at communicating & ramuda wont let herself be happy)
-has multiple ear piercings!! she likes wearing all kinds of fun earrings. usually has little heart studs in her lobes & small hoops in her other piercings
-talks EVERYONE she knows into allowing her to give them makeovers. gendice have lost count of the amount of times ramuda has attacked them with beauty products...
-agonizing deterioration aside, clone bodies just SUCK. she sunburns super easily, wounds take forever to heal & always scar, hair doesnt grow at all, most medicines dont interact with her immune system well at all, nails break easily; girlie was born with glass bones and paper skin. a lot got fucked up in the cloning process, especially in ramudas case since she was the first & had some silly mishaps. & it's only gotten worse over time, girlie is in constant pain
-loves animals!! and animals tend to love her... she kinda relates to them in a way, yaknow? since shes treated like shes subhuman, she can really empathize with them. only reason she doesnt own a cat is cause she doesnt want to leave it without an owner when she, inevitably, dies soon
