POV: you just had a shit day in the underglass; half your party has been abducted, the goddess accompanying your party has been potentially killed, back home one of your teammates has killed her son - one of the co-captains of the newly-partnered massive warship docked on your home - and defected to your mutual enemy, you're beaten and battered and hurt after engaging in combat with an ancient dragon, and you walk into the town you were literally dropped out of the sky in front of. The first signs of life come from this western-looking saloon, which appear to have two denizens in it.  You walk in, looking for information.  They're both skeletons.
