I elaborated a little more coherently (but not much more) in this ask that beat you by a second but I didn't specify the thoughts, I tried to parse out why. And. Fuck that. Let's just get into the thoughts--

The thoughts are that I would like to see him cry. I would like to see him lose it. I would really like him on his knees, his hands bound tangibly--handcuffs, necktie, or anything, I'm not picky--or perhaps just honorably, telling him he can't touch and watching him obey. I would like looking down at him, seeing how he cocks his head to the side when he just can't hold it up straight anymore, lulling, how his chest heaves, panting, how his lips get redder and redder the more he licks and bites them, hungry. I would love watching all that masculine bravado melt off of him with his glistening sweat as his eyes glaze over, forgetting himself, forgetting what society expects him to be, all those muscles, all that handsome face, and leaving him with nothing but what feels natural. What feels good. Who cares if he's leaning into it all? Showing weakness in how badly he needs this. Who cares if he tilts his face up and nuzzles in, greedy for more, more, more? Who cares if his moans get higher and higher in pitch until they don't even sound like they're coming out of someone with a fucking body like that. Big. Defined. Just. Whimpery and high, shaky as his eyebrows draw together and his pale skin flushes pretty pink, his frame quivering. I would really like to see him in his body, confident because he's so lost in it. He doesn't care what he looks like when he feels like that.

I like how creative I am. Being not only a writer but an artist, too--and now thanks to my job, something of a curator and installer for other's artwork--I find that I can both come up with ideas that are off the beaten path and that I can solve problems in creative, interesting ways. I forget, sometimes, how much my life and my interests have swayed me into working on and strengthening my creativity until I work with other people who don't have the luxury of getting much creativity in their life and I see the gap between our skills with "out of the box" thinking.

I like how curious I am. I shit you not, I think the reason I am where I am in life is because of my curiosity and ability to follow through with a spontaneous spark of "what is that?" I wouldn't say it's obvious because I'm an introvert, so I'm not just constantly verbally asking why all the time, but I am always thinking it and if I'm left alone, I guarantee you I will just start trying shit to figure it out and see what it does. It took me exactly two days out of school into summer break before I was bored and cracked open a history book that was entirely unrelated to anything other than my curiosity about the topic.

I like my work ethic. This goes hand in hand with creativity for me. I think creativity is the initial spark and my ability to work self-motivatedly day in and day out is the reason I have every skill I have. I'm lured in by my curiosity and then I can follow through. Sometimes, yeah, I hate how much of a workaholic I am and I can't put anything down or stop halfway through, I have to finish even if it takes a ludicrous amount of time, but I do appreciate the skill to duck my head down and get through it.

I like that I'm persistent. Persistence is different from work ethic but I get that it's really close, so maybe this is cheating, haha. I just like that I can grit my teeth and bear things. Maybe that's the toxic masculinity talking, lmao, but also, I think my persistence has gotten me through a lot of fucking tough mental health challenges that if I didn't have, I'm not sure I would've made it. Hell, I'm still surprised I made it to, let alone past, 18.

If I challenge myself to include some kind of physical trait here, I'll include my jawline. Hand in hand (ha), with my creativity and curiosity is my appreciation for my hands--I like that I am capable artistically and constructionally (is that even a word, lmao) with my hands. That's not a physical appreciation, though, lol. And knowing I have body dysmorphic disorder, anything phsyical is much more of a challenge. Especially my face. I know, factually, certain things about myself, I could list the features I have, and I know that people find me attractive and I've not had issues dating/fucking around because of that, but I don't really know what I look like. I've had a problem with every single part of my face and body and it shifts over the years, I fixate for a while, then it morphs. With the exception of my jaw. I've always had a square, sharp jawline and if I get randomly hit on or complimented, usually it's about my jaw. Perhaps because its the shape of my face it's not so distorted? I have no idea, lmao. But I feel like I have the best understanding for my jaw as to how it looks to other people. So. I like my jaw, sure, lol.

S, how come no one ever tells me that you wrote a kid fic???? i spent my midnight finishing Setting In A Honeymoon, and i completely fell in love with it🥺. the way steve made time to help bucky babysit, even in the middle of his busy work schedules. it was heartwarming.. especially since bucky hesitated to ask at first. and the way steve took care of baby ava so attentively just melted my heart. it gave me butterflies knowing that steve kept his word and treated ava like she was his baby too🥺💕. you know, i think what resonates with me the most is how their relationship reflects the effort to make things work, carving out time for each other amidst the chaos of their daily lives. you wrote that beautifully through steve and bucky's bond. i also fell for their daily "i miss you" texts! AHH they're so cute!🤧🩷
