If you’ve been around long enough to remember the printers, then you’ll probably also remember The Translation. True, it ended poorly from my perspective, but I did enjoy the process of live-blogging my efforts, so I might do that with The Book.

The Book is approximately eight years in the making and is based on my PhD thesis. It’s a different set up than that was, because I have a better idea of what I want to say now, but I’m still having problems getting started. 

So, the first job is to get my hands on a couple more readings, sit down with them, and then try to draft the first part of content!chapter 1.
