My relationship with writing is tenuous right now, so I'm on another break. But that's okay. I'd rather rest and then do well with my work than trudge through it and have something I don't have the heart to salvage. The nice thing about giving the mind rest, though, is that ideas start to bubble up by themselves, so that's good.
Also I'm happy because I've gotten a bunch of felt tip pens for editing purposes when I come back to it. I shouldn't run out of colors for voice, pacing, et cetera.
