- this emmet in the mafia au is about 10+ years younger than the emmet he knows

Now consider Corbeau thinking he made it back to his AU but enters the subway station to see (2) Emmets aka pre-hisui Subway Bosses

His connecting the dots and realizing his Emmet doesn't HAVE and Ingo (and realizing the times he caught Mr. Grey muttering in his sleep)

And for MORE angst during his time stuck there Ingo disappearing

What would Corbeau think of your other AU Emmet’s? Maybe he meets them on his dimensional trip home from the mob AU.

There was a comic of baby beau in gear station, was that finished and I just didn't see th ending or did it get malamar Emmet treatment lol (no rush or anything just a question)

What happens then if Corbeau puts the pieces together on who Emmet’s looking for? Does he approach about it, does he leave it alone, or does he do his own investigation?

What does Corbeau think he has to do here… if anything.

at this time, corbeau doesn’t even know if this truly is his og universe or another one all together.

all he knows is that mr. gray has always alluded to trying to finding someone, someone important, someone he traveled the whole world for, for 15 whole years. throughout his entire time with him - with all his talks of his travels and life before joining the rust syndicate - he has never once mentioned having a brother. corbeau is smart enough to connect the dots and realize that that very person would very well be this person named ingo right in front of him.

though even with that realization, he feels powerless. it’s exactly as you said; what can he even do? whether he is displaced in space or time, he doesn’t have the means to help mr. gray, not in his position. he has a missing puzzle piece he’s been vying for, for months, but he can’t do a damn thing about it.
