Astrid literally gets on my last nerve. I’ve never liked her and now I know I never will.

When I read the post, I immediately thought of Filipino dramas - like Astrid pulled the same stunt lol. Except she’s lying in which case either she hopes Leon will sleep with her for real this time and actually get her pregnant or she’s planning on cuckolding him.

I’m still hoping Leon and Nora end up together even if it’s in the far far future?😅

Hahaha I get it, it does give a bit of P-drama now that I look back at it. They have some wild plots over there but I eat that shit up every time 😂 But I assure you, I wasn't watching any P-dramas while working on Leon's storyline 🧎🏽‍♂️So...we'll see what happens next I guess bcs things just went from bad to worse for the peeps in Astor.

As for Leon and Nora...I'm not done with them anytime soon. Whether their paths will cross again after Leon's wedding is still uncertain. So, yeah. We shall wait and see when I come back!

not gonna lie, it's very off-putting how physical Leon is with both Astrid and Nora. There is no reason to be putting your hands on people like that, ugh

I mean, you're right to feel that way, it is off-putting when he acted the way he did with both Astrid and Nora.

However, I want to remind everyone that Leon is still the same Leon we have known since the first time he showed up. He mellowed out a bit, yes. But at his core, he's still the same guy. Easy to anger, snarky, very blunt when he doesn't like you etc etc. This is the same guy who went up to Lina's face the first time they met and had no problem being a prick to her back then. This man is not a saint.

While it might seem like he has "changed" since befriending Alfie and co., right now he is in a bad place (not that it's an excuse for him to react the way he did! It is NEVER an excuse to hurt people when you're in a bad place, EVER.) and when you're in a bad place and lost the thing that made you want to be better (in this case, Nora), it's much easier for people like him to revert back to his older, much colder self. Again, I'm not trying to excuse his actions here, but I have to explain why he did what he did.

Leon is not a violent person, he would never intentionally put his hands on a woman no matter how much he dislikes them. He was reacting out of shock and disbelief because he believed that he had never touched Astrid. They live together, yes, but it's because Maximus made them and they slept in separate rooms. But when Astrid came into the room, announcing her pregnancy to him and in front of the woman he is still in love with, basically announcing that she has sexually assaulted him (if she's not lying, which is a problem in itself), his reaction is understandable. It’s important to emphasize that he is a victim and the emotional responses to abuse differ.

So Astrid took advantage of Leon when he wasn't fully coherent and raped him knowing that he thought she was Nora? And now she's pregnant with her insurance bab(ies) so she can ensure that he marries her? I have never liked this character this is low even for her. Poor Leon and Nora. And to announce it like that in front of Nora was intentionally cruel, Astrid knew exactly what she was doing.

If she wasn’t lying to him to make sure the wedding is still on, then yes, it’s low even for her. It’s unacceptable to do that to a person. Her actions so far have been very calculated and she knows what she’s doing. She has eyes and she can see how both Leon and Nora feel for each other, and that threatens her already precarious position.

At the moment, her goal is to hurt Leon as much as she can. A "payback" to how he treated her before, I'd say. Nora getting hurt as well is just a bonus for her.

If she's going to be miserable in this loveless marriage, then she'll bring Leon down with her as well.

Idk if I've said this before but I'm ambidextrous. I write mostly with my left hand (I can still write on my right but it doesn't feel comfortable?? And my right-hand writing is... tragic-looking) and do other stuff with my right.

I learned Korean when I was in High School during my koreaboo days, I can still read and write it, and understand it a bit. But if you ask me to speak it?? Helll nawww.

I was a big fan of Ultraman growing up. I know every single Ultraman at the time. My favourite Ultramen was Ultraman Tiga, Dyna, Mebius, Seven, Cosmos, Gaia, and Nexus.

It's been almost 10 years since Jack got himself imprisoned. During the trial, his parents did try to help him but Ginny's family just have a better case against him, they've got witnesses, proof, and even Rainier helped her out too. And Jack was also hiding a Wanted fugitive from Alnwick so...it wasn't looking good for him 😬The full trial didn't have it's own post but it was shown in a montage here.

His family is now a fallen ducal family back in WA sooo the Kents are no more 😬

She and Maximus were arranged to be married when they were around 23 years old.

She is the only daughter of a Duke. In Astor, there's only 3 ducal families. The Castiellos (Annie's family), the Hastings (Astrid's family), and the Scheffeurs. Amongst the three ducal families, the Castiellos have the highest standing and influence.

When Max took her assistant Nerissa as his second wife, Annaleigh was pissed because Nerissa is only the daughter of a Baron. Him doing this felt like a slap to her face and was insulting to her.

She and Arina were the last generation of Fredericks to have their parents arrange their marriage. When Arisa became Queen, she stops following the Fredericks' old tradition of arranging marriages for their children, that's why both Sofia and Emery got to marry who they choose. That is, until Sofia arranges Alfie and Lina's. Arisa was against this but Sofia assured her that if Alfie and Lina doesn't work it out in a year when they stayed in the same house together, the wedding will be off.
