Ryan: I just found out that Build A Bear do Nightmare Before Christmas bears for Halloween and now I, at my big age of 36, desperately want an Oogie Boogie cuddle buddy. Also the Mayor, what.

Ryan pulled up at the place he had agreed to pick Winona up, the car a 1977 Pontiac Trans Am wasn’t his daily driver but he had a feeling she would appreciate it. He was always asked if it was the Trans Am, if his ass was sitting where Burt Reynolds sat in Smokey and the Bandit but alas, it was not, although he’d done a lot to make it look like it. From the tyres to the iconic bird decal on the hood.    He honked the horn lightly to announce his arrival and pulled up on the curbside - he even had to lean over to unlock the passenger door, which made him chuckle lightly as he offered Winona a pleasant smile through the open window, “Hiya!” He chirped, brightly as he sat back into his seat and waited for her to get in.

GRR Nobody I’m more thankful for in 2022 than my spooks 🖤 Nobody I’d rather have had as my lucky kiss at midnight than her. @strangeandunusual understands me and my impossible ways and loves me in spite of them. I swear I will fill your 2023 with magic. To the moon, to the stars, to the end.

Ryan was busy enjoying the colors and the scents of the flowers that filled the gardens, he had his little notebook in his hand because it was like a coat of arms and he felt so vulnerable without it. He felt so at home in nature, and flowers seemed to call to him, so when he had actually managed to navigate himself to the Gardens of Augustus he was more than thrilled; pushing aside his phobia of heights to enjoy the lush greenery and vibrant rainbows of flora.     It didn’t take him too long to find a small, dark haired figure with a familiar face and his heart lifted immediately. He had only had the pleasure of speaking to Winona online so he hoped she wouldn’t be too bothered if he approached her. He was careful in his approach, just in case she didn’t want to be disturbed, and stood wordlessly by her side at first to let her know he was there before he quietly uttered a shy “Hello.”
