Just to let you know, on the post about scaling and algebra, the two squiggles do not mean congruent. They mean "approximately equal to" which is close, but not exactly what you're looking for. You would use that symbol if saying pi is approximately 3.14. For the congruent symbol, it's an equal sign with the squiggle above it. Although, congruent means that the triangles are EXACTLY the same. You're talking about the triangles being similar, or scaled. Similar is normally just one squiggle (~).

Hey! Happy Valentine's Day! You live on the East coast, right? Did you get any snow from that storm?

Yeah we had snow for a couple of times which froze then got more snow then thAt froze then we got the huuuge storm which brought down these snowflakes that were gigantic but WE STILL HAD SCHOOL EVN  tho there was way to much snow for people to easily go from place to place like on my walk to school i inhaled probs 50 snowflakes uuugh. Personally, I love the snow and it’s easy to love it when you don’t have to deal with shoveling it up and having to travel great distances so my heart goes out to everyone that had to deal with going to school and work in that difficulty. I have friends who also live close to school but have slipped under the patches of ice concealed by the mountains of snow and most of my peers commute by train and its like dangerous since the stairs are slippery and stuff so yeah we were discussing all this on thursday during homeroom and there really wasn’t any regard for safety and the lack of snow days was a big issue. It’s fun to hoard a bunch of icicles from under cars though. Like the icicles I’ve seen are mostly really long and huge omg.

So on thurs it was a crazy amount of snow and then on friday the weather was warmer but paired with the rain from thursday night there was slush eeeverrrywhereee
