I am proud to announce that we now have some INCREDIBLY talented individuals on our staff. First id like to introduce my current SO: @avian-arsonist i am SO incredibly excited that hes working on the project with me. now id like to introduce one of my other dear friends: @worldclasspizzaqueen this chick has some serious problems and they all involve jay. but, they make up for it in AMAZING art. ...i sound like an old 75 year old. im so sorry, this was not supposed to be this bad. ...b..bUT UH, YEAH, WELCOME THEM AND SHIT. OR. SOMETHING. im going to go die now.
WTTS
W.T.T.S is a game about a man who was abducted from their home with seemingly no sign of an Abductor. As you progress through the game you are taken through several homes and buildings. You cannot progress to the next area unless you find the Spirit item of the Maid who occupies that specific home. The maids are young children ranging from 12 to 18. They will guide, deflect, or attack you in your mission to head back home. As you go along you uncover the story behind the areas you are in. whether it be that you are not alone in this or what had happened to the maids. The deeper you get into the story the darker it will get, As this is a horror game. All together you will go through seven different areas. I will include a more indetail description of each area after this.
As for game design, I personally have no clue behind game design and this is where I need your help. I am open to any and all help from the smallest to game testing to the larger ones like spriting. Credit will be given as I don't have art theft on my list of things to do. As of current, I have the story mostly written out and the basic character designs of each character. But what I do lack is music for the game, as well as sprite and tile sheets. I do have several versions of RPG maker and things of that nature. I am more then willing to switch to a program you are more knowledgeable or comfortable with.
You start out in a hallway, a cutscene showing you were previously unconscious, you have a flashback to what happened prior to your awakening. It seemed you were simply having a conversation with a friend of yours online when you suddenly went unconscious. You know no more then that. You find a post-it note in front of you . simply having the number 6 on it. A small 7 in the corner. As I'm not sure what I wish to be in the rooms whether it be a puzzle or simply a wall o text. You will go unconscious again.
The second maid. You will be in a church, you will receive a note saying 5 and the same 7 in the corner. There will be double the rooms then the first one. 2 will be parental rooms and one will look like that of a 12-year-old. The 12-year-olds room will be locked. Once you unlock it and grab what's inside you will go unconscious.
The third maid, you will wake up in a library, a note in a book saying 4. The same 7 in the corner as the last two. You will have to find your way to an upstairs balcony to continue on from this position where you will find an item in an 18-year old's room who lives in the library. You will once again go unconscious. You will be introduced to the running mechanic from here, albeit it will have been there from the start.
The fourth maid, you will wake up in a massive recital/ballerina studio this will be another large area and the note will be a bit farther from spawning area. Showing a 3 with the same seven. For this area, you need to find the way to the stage, where you will find the item to progress. Once again you go unconscious.
The fifth maid, you will wake up in a fashion studio. The note will be on a dress of sorts and will say 2 with the 7 in the corner. For this one you need to make it to the runway and to the end, in this one you will be re-introduced to the running mechanic, of course, it's always been there. You will go unconscious again.
The sixth maid, you will wake up for once in a normal looking house, you need to make your way outside and to the garden to find the item to progress, you will find the note almost instantly after spawn and it will say 1 with the same 7 in the corner. You will once again go unconscious.
You will wake up in a single long hallway. No doors, no anything. The note will be in front of you once you spawn, having a 0 on it without the 7. At the end of the hallway instead of an item, you will find a person there. After a long explanation, a timer will appear. They give you the directions to run, saying they will follow after. As you go back down the hallway you will begin to loop through the floors of every area you had previously been through. As you pass rooms will be on the wall, in order of 1 to 6 they will come out and chase you, despite having so many following you only two are hostile. As proven by the introductions of the running mechanic prior. If you happen to lose the 7th maid as you flee, you will be reset to the beginning of the hallway, same as if you get hit, thankfully the 7th maid will be practically untouchable unless you slow down for any reason whatsoever. Once you finish running and the timer goes out, which will only be maybe 45 seconds, you will be in a new area. I will not explain this area since it basically is the conclusion of the game.
